Visit the new portal at the link above.

On the login screen, click the "Sign in as Administrator" button at the bottom.

Use your admin credentials to log in.

Click "Sign in as Administrator"

On the login page, look for the shield icon at the bottom that reads
"Sign in as Administrator" and click it to access the admin dashboard.
